How a Joyagoo order works, stop by stop

The sheets people pass around are only the first stop. This runbook covers the other seven.

Where you are in the order

8 stops · open a stop to read its windows · “n open” = actions still available

  1. Stop 1: Pick the channel — 3 actions still open. A channel is a filtered view of one agent, not a shop. Learn what its row count proves and what it cannot.
  2. Stop 2: Hand the link over — 3 actions still open. A link carries an identity, not a product. Keep the identity intact and the order stays traceable.
  3. Stop 3: Pay for the item — 2 actions still open. Item payment and freight payment are two separate moments. Most closed doors close at the first one.
  4. Stop 4: The warehouse clock — 3 actions still open. Arrival starts a clock. Verify the window on your own account before you plan around it.
  5. Stop 5: QC photos — 3 actions still open. A photo set is evidence of coverage, not a verdict on quality. Ask for angles, not for opinions.
  6. Stop 6: Merge and pack — 3 actions still open. Merging trades a second freight charge for a bigger volumetric weight. Run both sides.
  7. Stop 7: Freight and customs — 2 actions still open. Freight is charged on chargeable weight. Customs is decided on declaration fields you fill in.
  8. Stop 8: Checking the parcel — 2 actions still open. Delivery starts the claim clock. Photograph the unopened parcel before you open it.

Stop 1 of 8 · 3 actions still open

A channel is a filtered view of one agent, not a shop. Learn what its row count proves and what it cannot.

  • WindowChange your mind about the channel — closes when the moment an item payment is made through it
  • CostReading a row count as availability: a channel with 8,424 rows can still have zero of the item you want in stock.

Read stop 1: Pick the channel

Jump to: 1. Pick channel · 2. Paste link · 3. Pay item · 4. Arrival · 5. QC photos · 6. Merge · 7. Freight · 8. Check parcel

  1. 01First, work out which stop you are standing on — that decides what is still open to you. See all eight stops.
  2. 02Second, read the row before you trust it: the title, the store and the variant note. Run the reading protocol.
  3. 03Third, check what shipping will actually be charged on — weight, not volume, decides most lines. Compare chargeable weight.

Before you start: five questions people actually ask

Can I still cancel?

Only until the item is paid for; after that the window moves to returns. The cancel window, question by question.

Where do coupons apply?

On the service side, not on the item price; the maths is in stop 3.

What does my tracking state mean?

Six states, and only two of them mean the parcel moved. Read the state table.

Do credits expire?

They are consumed before coupons in every calculation on this site. How credits and coupons stack.

Where do I find my own order number?

It is the warehouse reference, not the marketplace order id. Stop 4 explains where each reference lives.

A warning banner is not an error.

Stop 5 explains what each banner is actually checking. Read the banner guide.

What this runbook is not

Three boundaries, stated once so you do not have to infer them.

Not a shop

Nothing here is sold by us, and no page shows a price or a stock state. Orders happen on the platform and the destination site, not on this one.

Not a rate sheet

We do not publish fees or transit times we could not verify from a public page. Where a number is repeated everywhere but unverifiable, we give you the check instead.

Not an archive of links

Rows on the destination site change. This site keeps what does not change: the order of decisions, and the calculations you can run on your own figures.

Who writes this, and what we refuse to claim

The reading protocol, in two steps

The full version has four steps and four branches; these two settle most rows.

Step 1 — read the title, not the picture

A title carries three signals worth extracting: whether it names a brand, whether it declares several styles in brackets, and whether it says the item is a pre-sale. A picture carries none of them, because the same photo is reused across listings.

Step 2 — decide what the store page proves

An open store page with a description proves the store exists today. It does not prove the item will be bought at the price you saw, nor that the variant you picked is the one that ships. Treat it as one signal, not as a verdict.

Run the full protocol · Use the protocol tool on one row

Links to Kakox are tracked so the destination can attribute the visit. Nothing on this site is sold by us.

Eight stops, one table

What each step does, when its window closes, and which tool computes it.

Order stops as of SNAP-2026-10-06. Window wording is the action that stops being available, not a published deadline.

Nine tools that compute instead of advising

Every tool takes your figures, shows the formula it used, and states where it stops being valid.

Chargeable weight

Work out whether the box you are shipping or its actual weight decides what the line charges.

Resale margin

Add up everything a parcel costs before it reaches you, then see what a resale price leaves behind.

Currency conversion

Convert a list price in CNY into your own currency using the rate you actually settle at, not a rate quoted for reference.

Merge planner

Decide whether combining parcels saves freight, once the volume discount, reinforcement fees and any storage overage are counted.

QC photo coverage

Turn a pile of inspection photos into a coverage figure, a three-state verdict and a list of the shots that are still missing.

List export

Take the rows you filtered out of the sampled list and paste them into a spreadsheet or a note without retyping them.

Size chart comparison

Find out whether two size charts for the same item actually disagree, and which size sits closest to your own measurements.

The sampled list: 192 rows, read three ways

Every row is a real listing captured on one date, with the parsing rules published alongside it.

Rows logged

192

From eight pages of the Joyagoo channel, de-duplicated by listing address.

Titles that name a brand

136

Read literally from the first 24 characters of the title. Unreadable is recorded as unreadable, not guessed.

Largest category

44

shirts tees — out of 9 categories we group by. 26 rows declare several styles in the title.

Six more questions

The rest live on the questions page.

Is the row count on a channel a stock figure?

No. It is a browsing scale over a filtered catalogue; the same rows appear under other channels.

Why does this site not list shipping rates?

Because rates change and we could not verify current ones from a public page. We give the calculation and the charging basis instead.

Do you store the listings you sample?

We store the parsed result — name, category, readable brand, variant flag — and publish the parsing rules. Source images stay on the destination site.

What happens if a sampled row disappears?

The list is a dated snapshot. A row that no longer resolves is not silently kept: we note the gap and pause that snapshot rather than inventing a replacement.

Can I use these tools for another agent?

The calculations are arithmetic, not platform-specific. Only the channel index and the sampled list are tied to the Joyagoo channel.

How do I report a mistake?

Write to the address on the masthead page with the page address and the date you read it. We correct the page, not the record.
