Eight stops between a link and a parcel
Every stop below says the same four things: what happens, what is still open to you, when that window closes, and what missing it costs. The table is the whole runbook in one screen.
| Stop | What it does | Window closes when | Still open after | Cost of missing it | Tool |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Pick the channel | A channel is a filtered view of one agent, not a shop. Learn what its row count proves and what it cannot. | The moment an item payment is made through it | Switching to another channel | Reading a row count as availability: a channel with 8,424 rows can still have zero of the item you want in stock. | read protocol |
| 2. Hand the link over | A link carries an identity, not a product. Keep the identity intact and the order stays traceable. | Item payment is completed | Correcting a wrong variant | Pasting a link whose variant parameter was lost in a chat app preview — the platform then resolves the cheapest variant, not the one you looked at. | read protocol |
| 3. Pay for the item | Item payment and freight payment are two separate moments. Most closed doors close at the first one. | The order is placed with the seller or the item reaches the warehouse | Cancel the order | Paying for an item you have not read the resolved name of: the wrong-variant fix closes at this exact moment. | waterfall |
| 4. The warehouse clock | Arrival starts a clock. Verify the window on your own account before you plan around it. | The storage window published on your account runs out | Request a photo set | Planning around a storage figure you read somewhere instead of the one on your own account — the number of free days is a platform setting, not a constant. | merge planner |
| 5. QC photos | A photo set is evidence of coverage, not a verdict on quality. Ask for angles, not for opinions. | The item leaves storage for packing | Request additional angles | Reading a photo set as a quality verdict: a well-covered set can still show a defective item, and a thin set can still show a perfect one. | qc scorecard |
| 6. Merge and pack | Merging trades a second freight charge for a bigger volumetric weight. Run both sides. | The parcel is submitted for international shipping | Choose which items to merge | Merging a light, bulky item with heavy ones: the outer box grows, volumetric weight rises, and the merged freight can exceed two separate charges. | merge planner |
| 7. Freight and customs | Freight is charged on chargeable weight. Customs is decided on declaration fields you fill in. | Freight is paid | Choose a different line | Choosing a line on headline price alone while ignoring whether it charges on volumetric weight — on a bulky parcel that difference exceeds the headline gap. | chargeable weight |
| 8. Checking the parcel | Delivery starts the claim clock. Photograph the unopened parcel before you open it. | The claim window on the order record expires | Photograph the parcel before opening | Opening the parcel first and photographing afterwards: the outer condition, which most claims turn on, is then unprovable. | read protocol |
Read the table from left to right and you have the whole sequence: choose a channel, hand the link over, pay for the item, wait for arrival, read the photos, decide the parcel, pay freight and clear customs, then check what arrived. The fourth column matters more than the third, because it is the one people forget — almost every stop leaves something open even after its main window closes.
Table equivalent: stop 1 (Pick the channel), stop 2 (Hand the link over), stop 3 (Pay for the item), stop 4 (The warehouse clock), stop 5 (QC photos), stop 6 (Merge and pack), stop 7 (Freight and customs), stop 8 (Checking the parcel). Each row links to a page with the same four sections in full, plus the checks that confirm you are reading your own order rather than someone else’s summary of it.

Where the stops come from
The sequence is the order of decisions, not a promise about timing.
The eight stops are ordered by when a decision becomes unavailable, which is a property of the process rather than of any one platform. That is why the same sequence works whether you are reading about the Joyagoo channel or any other channel on the destination site. What changes between platforms is the wording of the windows, and that wording is exactly what this site refuses to guess: each stop page tells you where to read the live version on your own account.
