Terms of use for the Joyagoo Runbook
These terms cover reading this site and using the tools on it. They are short because the site does very little: it explains an order sequence, it computes arithmetic on figures you type, and it links out to a destination that handles everything commercial. Effective from 2026-10-06.
1. What this site is, and what it is not
This is an information and calculation site. It is not a shop, not an agent, not a freight forwarder and not a party to any order you place. We do not sell goods, quote carriage, hold inventory, accept payment, place orders on anyone’s behalf or communicate with a seller for you. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, an invitation to buy, or a statement of availability. Where a page discusses a third-party listing, it discusses the listing’s public text and links to the site that hosts it.
2. What the numbers are, and what they are not
Figures on this site are dated observations, not live values. The sample described on the receipts page was read from public pages on 2026-10-06 and frozen under the identifier SNAP-2026-10-06. Third-party pages change without notice: a row counted here may be gone, renamed or repriced by the time you look. Category, brand and variant labels are produced by the parsing rules published on that page, which is why the page also publishes the biases those rules create. Where a value could not be established, the site writes no data rather than an estimate.
Windows, stages and sequences describe what an action depends on, not a deadline guaranteed by anyone. You are responsible for confirming the current rule on the platform where your order actually lives before you rely on it. A missed window caused by trusting a dated page instead of the live screen is not something these terms transfer to us.
3. Acceptable use
Read the site, quote it, and use the tools for your own figures. Three limits keep it usable for everyone else. First, do not scrape or request pages at a rate that degrades the site for other readers, and do not attempt to probe, overload or circumvent its hosting. Second, do not present the sample, the tools or the text as your own work or as the output of an affiliated service; quoting is welcome, misrepresenting the source is not. Third, do not use the material to build a competing mirror that strips the rules, the dates and the known limits — the method is the point, and a copy without it is misinformation wearing our layout.
Automated access by search engines and by AI crawlers is welcome on the public pages, subject to the same rate limit as any other reader. Corrections and enquiries belong at the address in section 8.
4. Intellectual property
The text, tables, tool logic, diagrams and layout of this site belong to the desk named on the masthead page. Listing titles, images and trademarks belong to their owners: we show a listing’s own title with a light thumbnail served by the host and a link back to it, and their appearance here is a citation of a public page rather than an endorsement of anything. If you own a mark and object to how a row presents it, write to us and we will look at the specific row.
You may quote short passages with a link back to the page you took them from, and you may cite the counts with the snapshot identifier SNAP-2026-10-06 and its date. Republishing a page in full, or reselling the sample as a dataset, is not permitted without written agreement.
5. Outbound links and third-party content
Links marked as sponsored point to Kakox, where the live listings and the channel pages sit. They carry an attribution parameter so that destination can see a visit began here; the parameter changes nothing about what a page of this site says. We do not control that site: its content, terms, fees, rules, availability and conduct are its own, and its terms apply from the moment you arrive. A link here is a pointer for a check you wanted to run, never a recommendation, a warranty of quality, or a promise that a page will still exist tomorrow.
6. No professional advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, customs, accounting or financial advice. Material about declarations, duty and prohibited goods describes which fields exist and what they affect; it does not tell you what to declare, and it cannot account for the law where you live. Import rules differ by country and change without notice, so confirm requirements with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser before you act.
7. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from error. We work to keep the pages accurate and dated, and we do not warrant that any page is current, complete or suitable for your situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the desk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost goods, customs outcomes, or decisions taken in reliance on a page of this site; where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to use this site, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Changes, contact, and the order of these terms
These terms take effect on the date shown at the top of the page and are reviewed on the same weekly cycle as the rest of the site. When something material changes, the change is made in the text of this page and the reviewed date moves; nothing is announced only in a banner. Continued reading after a change means the current version applies. Questions, corrections and notices go to desk@joyagoo.club; how that address is handled is set out in the privacy page. Where these terms conflict with something written elsewhere on the site, these terms govern; where they conflict with a right you hold under mandatory law, that right prevails.
Open third-party listings on Kakox
Outbound links to Kakox are tracked so the destination can attribute the visit. They do not change what this page says, and nothing here is sold by us.
