Privacy: what this site collects, and what it does not

The shortest useful version: this site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising, so there is very little to hold. What follows describes the small amount that does exist, names the third parties involved, and says how to ask a question about it. Effective from 2026-10-06.

Four things that are true before the detail

  • No account is created here, and no login exists to protect.
  • No form on this site asks for your name, address, order number or payment details — there are no forms at all.
  • We set no advertising or analytics cookies of our own, and we run no third-party scripts.
  • Nothing about you is sold, rented or shared for marketing, by us or on our behalf.

What is recorded when a page loads

Serving a page requires a server, and servers keep short-lived request records: the address a request came from, the browser identification string it carried, the path requested and the moment it arrived. Our host keeps those records to deliver pages, absorb traffic spikes and block abuse. We read them in aggregate — how many requests a page received, which pages are reached from search — and we do not build individual visitor profiles from them.

Aggregate measurement is provided by the hosting platform without cookies: counts of page views, referrers and coarse country groupings. That data cannot follow you to another site, because no identifier travels with you. There is no pixel, no tag manager, no session recording, and no advertising network on any page of this site.

Cookies and browser storage

We place no cookies of our own and store nothing in your browser beyond what the page needs while it is open. A security layer at the hosting edge may set a short-lived cookie whose only job is to tell ordinary visitors apart from automated traffic; it is not used to profile anyone and it expires quickly. Blocking cookies entirely will not break this site — the pages are static, and the tools compute inside your own browser.

Third parties, named

Two categories, and that is the complete list. First, the hosting and content-delivery platform that serves these files and supplies the aggregate request counts described above. Second, the destination site behind the outbound links: when you follow a link to Kakox, that site receives the request and can see that the visit started here, because our links carry a small attribution parameter. From the moment you arrive, that site’s own privacy notice governs what it does — including anything you do while signed in there. We never receive your account details, your order contents or your payment information back from it.

If you send an email

Corrections and questions go to desk@joyagoo.club, which is the only channel this site offers. A message reaches the desk with whatever your mail provider attaches to it, and we keep it for as long as the correction or question is live, then as a short record that the change was made. We do not add the address to a list, because there is no list. If you ask us to delete a message after it has been handled, we will, unless the message is the only record of a correction that changed a published page — in that case we keep the corrected fact and remove your contact details.

How long anything lasts

Request records live for the short period our host keeps them for security and troubleshooting, and are not copied into a longer-lived store of our own. Aggregate counts carry no identifiers and are kept as totals. Emails are kept as described above. There is no marketing database, no customer record and no archive of visitor activity to expire.

Your choices

You can read every page with cookies blocked and scripts disabled; nothing important degrades. You can ask what is held about you, and the honest answer will usually be nothing beyond a message you chose to send. You can ask for that message to be deleted, ask what a correction record contains, or object to how we have handled a request. Write to the address above and the desk will answer in writing. If you believe your data has been handled badly, you are entitled to complain to your local data protection authority; we would rather hear from you first, but that is your right and not a favour.

Children, and changes

This site is written for adults administering their own orders. It is not directed at children, and no part of it is designed to collect information from them. If the site ever gains a feature that collects something new — a newsletter, a tool that sends data to a server — this page will describe it before the feature appears, and the reviewed date at the top of the page will move on the day it changes. A privacy notice that quietly widens its scope is worse than no notice at all.

Open third-party listings on Kakox

Outbound links to Kakox are tracked so the destination can attribute the visit. They do not change what this page says, and nothing here is sold by us.
